After starting my career as an analyst at a global investment bank, I was inspired to pursue a path that would allow me to help others feel and look their best. In 2014, I started my personal training business Fit by Tash to help clients improve their health, energy, mobility, flexibility, and overall confidence through personalized fitness program.
