We train together twice a week, ideally in person, with the option for virtual sessions. I’ll coach you through all major exercises, adjusting your form and selecting the right weight to optimize your performance. I’ll also assess your current diet and create a custom nutrition program tailored to your goals, lifestyle and preferences.
We’ll meet weekly to measure progress, troubleshoot any challenges, and ensure accountability and adherence to your program.
